RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise, or your item(s) cannot be returned. Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange/return for store credit.
We DO NOT issue refunds, however, you are able to receive store credit. The amount from any returns that meet our qualifications listed below will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email. Shipping will not be refunded for an exchange or return unless there is an item damaged or defective.
Do you qualify for a return or an exchange?
Items marked with Sale/Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Items being returned or exchanged must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted, you will be contacted and notified that you can choose to have them returned to you for an additional shipping fee.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks and final sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside an additional protective shipping box or protective bubble wrap and must be unworn.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, similar product stains or any sign of wear will be shipped back to you for an additional shipping fee.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items, they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving the merchandise, or it cannot be returned.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to 207 N State St Greenfield, IN 46140 PO Box #.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
